The funding will support Humla’s expansion into new markets and continued development of its app-based staffing platform, which lets nurses book open shifts directly with hospitals and health systems instead of going through staffing agencies and recruiters.

Hospitals and health systems are adopting Humla to fill labor gaps while giving nurses more control over where and when they work.

Humla Health is redefining what is possible in healthcare staffing.
